- A return must be made within 10 days from purchase/delivery date for refund to be processed to the original form of payment.
- Returns made between 10-20 days from purchase/delivery date, are eligible for store credit only.
- We do not except returns after 20 days.
- Sale items may be returned for store credit only.
- Merchandise must be in its’ original condition, with original hang tag attached.
- Original receipt, e-mail confirmation or invoice has to be present.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges without receipt, e-mail confirmation or invoice.
- All items purchased on-line may be returned in local store.
- Start your return on-line so that e-mailed return label could be used to send merchandise back.
- The shipping cost of return will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label.
- You will receive an email confirmation upon our receipt of your return package.
- Drop off your return at one of your local carrier locations, and your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we’ve confirmed we have received your return.
- Once returned items are inspected by our store, you will get a refund normally within 10-14 business days.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
- You can use your own return carrier; you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
